The man only had some bruising ( seat belt ) that's all!!
Loss = 1.3MILLION DOLLARS
Waiting list for a new one = 2 years.

dude, come out from under your rock!

This was the PCH Enzo obliteration of earlier this year. The guy had 2 Enzo's and a SLR. Both remaining cars were confiscated after a check with Scotland Yard revealed that two banks owned the cars and he hadn't made any payments on them.
