If the download isn`t fully uploaded ( FTP ) is it possible to start downloading?

Yes but you won't get the complete file as far as I know.. only as much as it was uploaded when you started the download.. am I right? LOL I hope so :D

Oh crap.It`s a video i`v been waiting for so long and now i have to wait littel bit more.Some 10mb to upload more.

Yup.. on FTP and HTTP protocols, they basically ask for the size of the file before the download starts.. then they download to that point and stop. They have to ask for the file size so they can do resumes etc, and i think like DAP breaks up and tries to download in multiple streams etc.

No problem if you already have your file.. just download again and it should resume from where it stopped off. If you wanna be extra careful, then just make a copy of the file you have in case it doesn't resume but starts from 0 bytes.. heh ouch.

Dont wanna jump the gun and get a incomplete or corrupt file that wont play.
