Well guys, since it's taken you so long, I'm gonna give it away:

The Innocenti 186 GT
The prototype coupe was penned by young Giugiaro when he was working for Bertone. Powered by a 1788cc, 158bhp Ferrari V6 engine, this concept didn't make it into production.
