photo gallery won't let me register?

when i try to check out pics from the photo gallery it says only registered users can. i also can't upload pics for this reason i think. do you have to register separately to the photo gallery even if you are already registered to the site? anyway, when i try to register it says my name is already taken? how is that? i'm the only one with the name for the boards? can someone slap some sense into me?

Acutally you dont. Dump your cookies and close your web browser. THen login to the site and check the remember me box or what ever it says. It should then sync up the gallery and the main site.
