That is currently happening in Saudia Arabia, We do have something similar, but not that extreme.

Don't forget the ABS, + ESP + Intelligent Control blah blah blah! Tiff Could not overrid E55 Tracktion Control, but how could they break 740, most advanced system to do those stunts! It looks like proper street version, No modifications what so ever. Normal wheels!!!!!!!!\
