Picture dates back to 1906, I think it was after the great fire in San Francisco. Anyway great detail, you can really see everything :shock:

Daaaaang that is a big photograph, and amazingly detailed! Whenever I look at old black and white pictures I'm always surprised by just how good the quality was back then. 8)

What camera did they used for take this incredible shot? I know it wasan't a MegaPixel camera, because they didint existed than, the foto has been scanned....very good pic, I'm sure there are a lot more of pics like this one.....

It looks to perfect to be joined togheter...... I mean look at the details , and the writting at the bottom....I would say its a drawing or made in photoshop with a lot of effects...but I lke to belive its not a fake :lol:

I think that it was yes, and that that also caused lots of fires. If you look at the right side of the pic there is still a fire blazing and they are trying to control it :!:

dang i can see why it's called the great fire... really cool to see though, they already had appartment buildings, and there were still sailing ships outside of the harbour :lol:
