I saw part of Path to 911. It was vaguely interesting, but it went on too late at night. It was pretty good quality.

I'm not entirely sure Death of a President was intended to be remarkably realistic, because realism would have been impossible. More for entertainment value, I think.

actually I dont think they will kill the pres in this show, I quickly saw something about it where they are changing the plot of it due to some complaining from people who dont think the pres should ever be killed in a show or movie.

first.... the film was in fact previewed by both republicans/democrats/ tons of people... how do you think the Former Clinton Administration found out, and didn't want to look bad.

The extra "information" came from people on the ground when that happened... no matter what some politician wants to say not to discredit thier own place in History.

umm maybe they will show the pres's death outside the usa, cause this was just a few days ago that I saw this mentioned on tv. umm

I hope they dont change the script b/c of some fools that cant distinguish the difference between reality and TV. Plus, as Mattk said, the title is Death of a President be kinda pointless if it never happened.

24 was fairly close to killing a President and, in fact, killed an Ex-Pres on their show, not sure if they got compliants or not on that.

That was a fictional President - don't think it matters so much, seeing as the movie refers to the serving President.

Ya good point, but the notion itself is fiction as well isnt it? I havent watched it yet.
