please help, sound but no video

Someone please help, whenever I download videos recently I get sound but no pictures, what could be wrong?

The edo cayenne video works properly but the gumball video (and others) don't..

^Must be because you use a Mac. JK

Video with no sound usually means you either accidentally muted your sound, your speakers are screwed up, or the video itself doesn't work.
