WTF is the point in that ?? Maybe it's supposed to be an amphibeous car where the rear doors work as rotors ;)

Maybe it's a new type of aerodynamic braking system, the doors open to increase drag, and then they rotate to reduce turbulence or something haha.

No it's just spending money on useless things, I don't even think it is cool or something...
