BMW usually understates a few of their cars. Heck, the E90 325i 6MT was capable of a 0-60 time of 6.1 seconds while BMW rated it as having a high six/low seven second 0-60 time.

Fuckin ridiculous that the 335i beat out the E46 M3 SMG on their track... But that just doesnt seem right...

btw, I haven't seeen official time of 4.8 for the e46 m3 till now.
