I heard about that.... while her defence is stupid "i didn't know" the law doesn't allow for traditional courtships.... it just discourages sex + message therepy i think...

Stupid law. What's wrong with massage therapists having sex with former clients? Nothing. In fact, the law confirms that by saying that after 2 years, it's OK. But why two years? A bit arbitrary... Just let them screw each other. No harm done.
