First offlet me apologize for the horrible picture quality since they weren't supposed to show up until thursday on the 10th but they showed up this morning. Three brand new RDX's, 1 black and 2 silver. 2 were the Technology package which includes the Navi system, back up camera, 10 speaker ELS sound system with DVD-audio, mp3, wma and a standard mp3 player jack, it's 5.1 surround sound aswell. The Tech package also has a slightly different information center on it aswell.

Firstly the engine. There is a lot of torque right off the line with the variable size turbo it really does the job. The turbo is definitely not a laggy one. with a full 13.5psi of boost at only 3500rpm.The sound from the turbo is definitely noticeable aswell. The top mount intercooler ala Subaru is properly designed and placed with sufficient flow under the backside of it. There is a ram air duct that goes from the upper grill to the intercooler to provide sufficient cooling.

The fit and finish of the vehicle is great if feels like a quality built vehicle. My only real complaints are there is minimal room in the rear for a taller person and getting in the rear can be somewhat hard. There is also a poorly designed rear panel on the front seats thatjustdoesn't sit right on them. Also the floor mats are cheap and flimsy unlike all the other acura's including the now obsolete RSX. The truck needs to have the roof rack on it also it looks naked without it.

The exterior is excellent looking in my opinion. The 18" wheels in anthracite color look awesome and the 19"s aren't really necissary but wouldn't hurt. The rear hatch has an electronic latch on it so no loud popping like the MDX's and they won't freeze in the winter like the MDX does aswell. The rear hatch fully open's without any help from the driver quickly yet is easy to close with just one finger. It comes with a cargo cover standard that can be removed and flipped over and put into the recess in the floor to be a cargo holder or left upright to be a normal carpeted floor. It has a 17" spare which is temporary but given that another 18" with tire is roughly 1000 it's understandable.

The ride is great with great feed back and that SH-awd really helps the little bugger handle aswell. The speed sensitive stereo is a nifty little option also. The real time traffic update finaly works unlike on the RL's.

Well here are the pics. any questions just ask.

Awesome! If only they will drop the turbo'd engine in the TSX. And Acura finally has a single damn key, instead of that stupid separated key and fob crap! Any news if all the 07's will be getting that kind of key?

I can't say about the keys but it is possible since Acura gave us a $5000 laser cutter for that key so it would make sense to use it in multiple cars although I know the RL will NOT use it being that it is keyless. that key flips open like a VW key.

And possibly look for that engine in 2008 for the Type-S version of the TSX, possibly even the 2 door...

Bleh, I hope so. I plan on trading in my 06' non-nav for possibly the 07' w/ nav, but if the key is still the same stupid 2 piece thing, then it's a no-no. I'm then onto the IS250 or 328i.

By the way, how does the material feel on the new keys? I know the current ones feel really cheap, and the paint, or whatever the material is just peels off easily.

The key is much better than the other fobs and they are just plastic so no paint to wear off the buttonsare metal with the symbols engraved in them then painted. The only thing is that the key is the Honda style key not the style like your TSX has. I know for sure that the TSX will have TPMS standard for '07 the brochures are available now but it is the same one from 06 it just says 2007.
