Finally able to post day 2's pics! Some of the cars are the same I posted already, but many didn't hit the road saturday, like some of the Enzo, F50, FXX and many oldies. Since I went there quite early I managed to have a nice spot on that slightly uphill 90 degrees corner, which was bloody fun!
What a shocking moment to have 3 or 4 Formula 1 cars blasting by 2 meters away from your ears.. wicked!!
The black CS, the FXX, those SWB, there were so many nice cars I just prefer to bring on the pics :D

Amazing just like Part 1 - what a cool event!! :D

The yellow F50 is gorgeous and rare (only 33 AFAIK), would be my pick of those cars. Thanks for the great report. :D

You really found a nice spot to take these panning shots! The pic of the yellow 250 SWB is my favourite!

I had to be there a good 90 minutes or even two hours before the cars started to run, but at least it was a nice spot. Sadly I had a good 50 or 60% of missed shots because the at that point the cars were braking, then accelerating, turning and also going uphill. so there were movements on every axis, and sudden accelerations/decelerations, always different since everybody used different techniques

The hard life of a photographer. I really know what you're talking about. It's very hard to shot decent panning pic, when the cars are undergoing some bigger g-forces. But at least you came home with a lot of great pics, so it was worth it, even if you had to be there very early.

There are so many amazing shots that I dont know which one I like the best. Perhaps my absolute favorite is the 90s F1 car raising its wheel. Fantastic shot and one that needs to be in the POTM contest for sure. Its good to get action shots from you. You should do more - you are good at it.

Also honorable mention is the yellow SWB coming across the corner. The blur works well to emphasise the speed of the car. Sometimes we try to always come up with sharp pics but a blurry shot of a car in motion works very well too to show motion. :)

I love the others as well the GTO and white Daytone. WAs this the ex-Regazzoni car by any chance?

Thansk for the pics!

Thanks dude :D! Actually portrait pics are not accepted for the contest ;) so for now I am using one of the 70s F1 ;) Lauda's I think.

No idea about the white Daytona. I know Regazzoni owns a red one (modified as his F40 obviously), which I saw a couple of days ago in Lugano, but no idea about previous cars...

the black CS with the strip is cool too

btw, do you know where Kessel/Vonlanthen will held their annual meeting this year?, last year it was in Lenzerheide

Kessel apparently has nothing this year. Or nothing public at least
