PHOTO OF THE MONTH SEPTEMBER SUBMISSIONS

Before showing the pics, I'd like to remember you we changed the way to decide the winner since this month (http://www.motorworld.net/forum/showthread.php?p=641603#641603). Just testing if it will work out, but I am sure it will, and it's a better solution, even if some of the laziest ones will stop voting because it will take some more time.

Here is what to do:

You have to select your fav FOUR pics and assign points. The point system is as follows:

fav pic: 5 pts
second pic: 3 pts
third: 2 pts
fourth: 1 pt

Please, your fav pic on top, 4th one at the bottom of the short list.

Also, if you want, please, explain your choices :)

And may the best win :)

1 : stmoritzer, Aston Martin Vanquish 5pts . Certainly because I love the colour combo and the pic is clean.
2 : salegosse, Opel Speedster and Mazda RX7 3 pts. I love the lights and ambiance, even more than stmoritzer submission but the featured cars are not really as interesting. With a Ferrari or another BIG badge it would be my favorite.
3 : dingo, Aston Martin AMV8 2 pts. Nice lights and nice car.
4 : sameerrao, Lamborghini Murcielago Roadster 1 pt . I don't really like the background but the car and the colour are beautiful.

It was once again difficult to make a choice and I was tempted by some Veyrons but ... we have to choose a winner :wink:

Here are my top 6 choices, and if you're doing the 5, 3, 2, 1, just chose the top 4 and assign the point accordingly. :D

6- Smylait; Bugatti Veyron
This is my favorite this month. I love the angle. It looks so futuristic and foreign from the back, like nothing else on the market right now. Excellent picture!

5 - Sameerrao, Lamborghini Murcielago Roadster
I love Lambos. I love the color. I love the winglets on the car. It's the boyracer in me...

4 - Dani d Mas, Chevrolet Corvette C6 Z06R
I like this picture for its simplicity. The machine and the track.

3 - Eurocopter, Wiesemann GT
This is an interesting picture. I don't recognize the car, but the fact that it's running under water looks pretty cool.

2- Dingo, Aston Martin AMV8
I like the rake on this car. I think it sits really nicely. The backdrop of what appears to be a dealership makes me want to go window shopping for exotics.

I like the contrast of the new car and the graffitti (sp?).

2nd: sameerrao, Lamborghini Murcielago Roadster ~ again that is where i would picture the car, in some back lot at a studio etc. just a great shot, with a beautiful car. good job.

3rd: bloeb, BMW E63 M6 ~ I have never seen a car look so mean before :shock: very very good shot

4th: Harryo2b. Porsche 987 Boxster ~ a match made in heaven. the comp could of been better but subject matter is perfect. very clear and clean.

All of them are really nice pics though, really tough choices but I had to give the most points to the RS4 because it combines a lot of what I like in one nice picture; art, RS4 and a nice photo (looks like an ad). :D

5 pt - Titanboy_24 - beautiful: a pit lane, a low and cloudy sky and the car is a spider :D makes for a nice postcard!
3 pt - sameerrao - the pic is supersharp, the Murci is well placed and the background is a bit weird, like a forgotten shed near a raceway, i like the final result and the fact the muci is a rare color, is even better!
2 pt - Carrera_GTCrazy - must be crazy not to vote for tis shot. IMO the RS4 is much better from a pure 3/4 rather than this angle which is somewhere between a 3/4 and a side pic, but the setting is superb anyway and well executed
1 pt - eurocopter - nice action shot, as simple as that.

1. Smylait, Bugatti Veyron - Nothing fancy in the picture but I love the angle of the shot. The Veyron looks like a beetle climbing up the wall. :)

2. Carrera_GTCrazy, Audi RS4 B7 - Like the contrast between the colorful wall and the plain car. The car is a bit blurry though.

3. dani_d_mas, Chevrolet Corvette C6 Z06R - Like the Le Mans shot with the iconic Dunlop bridge in the background

2 pts: dani_d_mas: This pic really captures the Le Mans 24h atmosphere. And I like the composition.
1 pt: TT: Again it's the location that made me decide to put this pic in my top 4 list. The green grass and trees contrast nicely with the red car. But also the misty view on the mountains and lake in the background add to the feeling of this pic.
