anybody here use PGP?

does anybody here use PGP or GnuPG to encrypt their email? I'm tryin it out with Thunderbird, but most of my friends think of it as a pain to get everything set up to encrypt their mail so I'm not getting much use out of it. So, I'm wondering if anybody has had some experience with it. Like it? Hate it? Do tell...

I never use it, because I never send anything I would expect or care that anyone other than the intended receiver read it... It's too much of a hassle without a real use for me.. That's my 2 cents at least..
