DUDE, that sucks man!! if youre not going to police, you should go with 10 friends and beat this fucker up, i did with a similar case and that fucker says hello to me everytime i see him since that day ( he beat me up in a bar ( im 1'85height 60cmshoulder width and around 115kg...its not easy... ) cause i was talking with his girlfriend, she was a childhood friend, obviously she left him after beat me up).... or even destroy his car....
