I met up with a friend and his ~420hp 2003 STi for a photoshoot last week sometime. I love the look of the car, subtle but impressive changes IMO.
I have already sold these pics to a magazine so they will be published within a month or so. :D
All 29 high-res pics can be viewed on my website  www.ozcarsightings.com

WOW!!! Great pics !!
The car is awesome !! The wheels are great, much better than the original ones. Better, only if it would have the Spec-C rear spoiler.
Thanks a lot !!
The car, big exhaust exit aside is bloody marvellous :good:
The location just great and picture quality top notch :D I bet the magazine didn't think twice before buying the pics ;)

Well done dingo !
Another Super_aru shooting!
The wave-style background of the first 8 poics is disturbing the harmony of the pics a little IMO...
the reflection pictures #17 on the other side are great;
the detail pic of the gauge is cool too !

Superb pics? No wonder the magazine wanted your pics to be published. I adore the pics with the reflections in the diamond plate (don't know if this is the correct word). It's very original.
btw, those Volk style wheels look great!

I don't know the exact amount but I believe that Dingo is been nosing about the Ferrari dealerships looking for a nice 355 to pick up.
.. he wishes :)

You're close, but infact I've actually just placed an order for a 599GTB. ;)
Nah seriously I get $200 (per shoot) which isn't too bad considering its maybe 2-3hrs work, and normally I gladly do it for nothing for the site so this is just a bonus.
I've been asked to do a couple more shoots for this issue so its giving me a nice additional income to my normal money making avenues (work and shares).

I don't own my apartment so I'm not allowed to change windows and that kind of stuff. :P

no offence, but that sounds like you are giving away your services at that price... particularly if its 200$ AU vs us...
id think your shots/time are worth a bit mroe then that to a magazine...
of course, you dont want to price yourself out of a job either ;)

I have no idea what the typical pay is for this kind of thing, so at the moment I just want to get my foot in the door and then I can start asking for more money......since I would do it for free any money is a bonus.
But you're probably right...
Use the money to buy better glass. ;)

:fuck:
And for sure 200 is dirty cheap for the mag. I got paid more for simpler photo-jobs actually and for smaller projects than a big mag like that one, so for sure they are playing the smart guys, knowing your idea is to slowly step in as you said... IMO there is nothing bad: they get profesional standard pics for a cheap price and you are paid for something you'd do for free :D nobody is a loser in this deal IMO
