That's great :) . I saw the same thing happened to a tour bus couple of months back. Guy was trying to go up the hill in this case. I had nothing to do so I stood around and watch the tow truck driver trying to figure out how to attack the problem. He was head scratching and all :D.

Finally after waiting about an hour or so, I left. . . bus was still stucked.
