Isn't the C6 just a hair dressers car?

I'll admit when I see a "regular" C6 I get disappointed that it's not a Z06.. but maybe that's just because I still have yet to see a C6 Z06!

RC, how much do you spend on tires? and how long do they usually last?

It's fun. Whats the point of drifting? It isn't the fastest way around, but it's a fun way around.

There doesn't need to be a point to everything.

Have you people ever thought that maybe some folks do burnouts (because they are fun and they can - without clutch slipping and other nonsense - just gas and go) as well as go out and do "real driving"?

Huh?

x22 :P

well there is limited room in those mobile home trailer parks they live in....i think the chants of "yee haw" and "hot diggity!" might also be less appropriate on a proper track....

the smoke from the tires, also probably helps in hiding the mulletts! ;)

Haha, and you're from Detroit? Thats the mecca of american straight line engineered cars. I guess you're probably joking.

again... corvettes aren't for everybody... I have yet to see even a late model C3 (read: worst vette ever) in a trailer park... i guess i haven't been to the 'upscale' parks yet :P

but ingko, you do know of the vipers, corvettes, FGT's out handling the best europe has to offer, right?

sounds about right!! :P

Well - if by mullets you mean 3100lb (lighter than a CGT), 0-60 in 4s, 12s 1/4 mile, 175mph top end, 60 to 0 in 100 feet, 1+G skidpad and 7m56s Nurburgring laptimes (with place for 2 full sets of golf clubs) --- in a STOCK 405hp car (so you do the math for 480bhp+ :P) - then yes I I guess you could say we have mullets ;)

Last I checked both the Golf and the TT not only can't carry 2 full sets of golf clubs - but lugnuts require more torque to tighten than your engines make - and I am guessing a 16s flat 1/4 mile and 8m50s Nurburgring times are pretty hairdresser ;)

You need to go check your trunk again - without folding the seats down.. and both golf baags have to be iside the trunk area ;)

Oh - and 2 full size hard golf bags :P

Nice - Ive been in a couple. Was fun the first time, they got boring quick. More fun driving though. The black on black looks pretty mean too!

I sat in a Corvette once. I have the same plastic on my washing machine. It was fast though, so I guess that makes the rest of the crap worthwhile.

your right, the golf cant fit 2 full sets, but 4 or 5 if not more!!
considering i dont really care for 0-60 times, its pointless the 4s, and the 8m50s lets me enjoy the scenery!!

I really begin to wonder if you have ever driven a hi-po car before...

Sure I can - why else would I make such a nuetral response if I didn't figure you were not being an ass ;)

Think nothing of it.

The cloud is gone - our closeness is a fresh as it always was ;)
