if im using a cellphone in chinese system, can it read instructions in english properly? since i noticed it can be used in china area, so it can be shown in chinese i assume? can anyone tell me more about it?

this should probably go in the computers and gizmos section.

but i think there has to be a language format programmed into the phone in order for it to read and display properly.

or are you asking if you are using an english programmed phone in china? in that case you shouldn't have a problem

no, what i mean is i'm using a nokia phone 6230 and it's in chinese system. but the nav4all navigation software is from the netherlands, it's said to be have the map of Peking and Shanghai in china. but i don't know is in english or chinese?
