Claim all the "dignity and class" you want. The facts of the matter are you broke the embargo when you leaked the picture and detailed specs of the car.

This is the reason General Motors investigated the action. They would not have done so, if it was not before the embargo. Saying different is not true - and you know it - besides you never ONCE showed appreciation for the fact that I never sent General Motors your way. I paid money, and went through a hell of a lot of hassle on your behalf.

Date and time stamps of posts and messages predated the embargo - do you honestly think GM would have contacted web masters and hosts asking for logged confirmation of post times if the embargo was not broken?

It is amazing how you so often claim the moral high ground doing volunteer work for wounded soldiers, feeding the poor healing the sick etc etc... when in reality you are just a cowardly slime ball. And we all know you didn't "find the pictures on the web" - they were given directly to you - you repeatedly bragged abou this online and in private messages.

somehow the pics got out and made it to JW, then a Corvette forum where GM got wind that the pics had been leaked and ended up sending a pair of goombahs to RC's doorstep to intimitade him into revealing where he got them. Well, like any self respecting person would, RC told them to fuck off and got a lawyer in case GM tried anything beyond that. And just for good measure, he let the story of it out to the media.
