I've had this song on my mind for weeks now, and I cant find out what it is. It's driving me nuts!
On this clip from "free jimmy" a Norwegian animation film it is playing in the background.

I got an e-mail today from the production manager from the movie.
It is called Nellie the elephant by toy dolls, if anyone wonders... :D
