I say subzero cool, its the only serving muscle car and a house hold name in any country

it is cool, whit racing stripes and better rims it would be sub-zero.
Cool, especially here in Europe. I was in one a couple of times (actually driven it for a while) and it's definitely an head turner. Beeing in a Ferrari or Lambo doesn't turn more heads! And that V8 rumble is really special

uncool, the concept was great but this one is awful, looks plastic and performance isn't really Mustang worth...

Uncool; i'm not sure of everyone else in Europe, but you see this car everywhere in the US. Not only that, but the ride is not even that great. My close friend owns one, and the interior is a POS, it handles like a pig(take a little turn and the tires start squeeling), and the whole car just doesn't even look that great.

SERIOUSLY uncool. It cant be. There are so many on the road. ZERO exlclusivity. Its becomes clear how uncool it is when you see 5 on a parking lot (2 side by side and 3 scattered) like I did.

Now I think this car seperates its coolness rating depending where you live. Ive only ever seen one in person. A bright yellow one. And I cant say anything else other than it was damn cool. Its totally unique looking here in UK.
Im voting cool.
Im kinda a ford fan aswell

It could be seriously cool, but that live rear axle just doesn't say, "sportscar" or even "muscle car" to me...it says, "old". Therefore, despite the styling inside and out, and the V8 muscle and burble...it only gets a "cool" from me.

a new "live axle" GT500 would be SZ :)
this is just super cool, but there are too many V6 poseurs out there... so just cool. a real blast to drive :)

Cool!!
It looks very good, and with some changes it looks even better. It's not a great sports car but it's a nice ride 8)

The Shelby Mustangs are cool, the standard one isnt. Dumbed down from the concept (a boo boo), not exclusive as others have said and still waiting for the top of the range model to give the rest of the range some aggression. It is however 20x cooler than previous models as it is a step in a better direction from the design point.

It seems the right car to buy when you are in your early 20s. Then you grow up, grow wiser and buy something much better. A transitional car - that's what I mena.
Uncool to me.

Weird you say that, cuz most of the buyers are OLD people, OLD women, and well women in general. I agree though, its not a car to keep long.
old mustang was perfect
new is not!!
-> uncool to me
it should be better

i can see how a mustang can not stay with one owner for long but i don't think its for the quaility or anything i think they are tired of the mpg or tickets etc. I know a fair amount of people that all they have owned are mustangs. But the new shelby gt500 will stay with one owner for a while if not the life of the car. but the thing is mustangs are designed to be driven not show pieces. how many supercars get to see even 50K let alone 100K plus.

Maybe because im Californian and I see 100's everyday, but mustangs are seriously boring and seriously uncool. Hey look! My car is just like my next door neighbors im cool! Not
My buddies 7 year old Camaro Z28 will still beat a new Mustang GT if your talking about performance
but how many mods does your buddies 7 yrs old camaro have? and what other car can run low 14s and be that much fun and with that much history?.......thought so
it may not be any good.. but it looks SO GOOD.. it has to be cool..

Dude, in Europe it's much easier to see an Enzo rather than a Mustang :!:
Since the new one was launched I probably saw less than 10 :bah:

I actually own this mustang, But Blue and a convertible. But the Roush Supercharged version. With the big brakes and racing suspension and body kit to get rid of that hidious grill. So I'm calling it Subzero, as I live in the UK and have never seen any other Roush Mustangs; although I'm sure there are some out there.:-)

Wow. You're taking this awfully personally.
...but in the end, I'd take a Mustang too. To be honest, the TSX costs too much for a glorified Accord. (which it quite literally is) :-P

And you would not if someone criticized your choice in a car and your photography, especially if that individual were being hypocritical within their comment? I'm just sick of little dip-shits on the internet :laugh:

No mods, 315hp. Ive driven plenty of mustangs in my life and no, they're not fun to drive. Get yourself a real car.
Clarkson: "Why have they never sold Mustangs here?"
May: "Well because they're rubbish."
Hammond: "What I think they've done is style it to look a bit like the 1960's mustangs, but the problem is they drive a bit like the 1960's mustangs..."
Clarkson: "...Which actually drove like 1940's oxen carts."

Last year at the American Le Mans series, here in Houston they had a paid event featuring Mustangs GTs before the first race.
You could pay $200 and sign your life away and get to ride shotgun in a Mustang around the course at I assume 90% of speed for 3 laps.
The cars were fully race preped and were driven by totally hot babes most in their early '20s.
They guys who rode in the cars looked like total nerds+ scared shitless, but I must say the drivers and their cars were great.
It gave me a whole new appreciation of the Mustang.

I hate it when people quote Jeremy Clarkson as some sort of validation.

i can understand non exclusivity being an issue, it would be a little like trying to rate a 1litre peugeot in europe... but since i live in europe, a mustang always seems a bit special... and nothing sounds as mean as a mustang with an agressive exhaust... and there is just so much shit u could do with it
i voted cool 8-)
