I was just thinking about luxury cars this afternoon and how comparible they really are. you can get a lot of stuff for not much money. lots of room, comfort, quitness, etc. here is a list i made comparing the room within the car. take a look at the Lincoln

more leg room in a 50K car then a 100,000+ car. what would you want to ride in? :D

yeah there is a point where you just start paying for a name.

Also, is the Lincoln even good to drive? It looks like a boat with wheels. And yes, I don't think it's as luxurious as the others.

yeah i enjoy the ride my dad had a rental Towncar before and it was awesome in the rear. but i have we own a Lexus ES300 and i would rather be in the Lincoln i have also been in some high end MB and Audis and i would still rather ride in the Lincoln. but driving it would be a toss up.

I've got a 2002 C/D article on the Town Car.

"...the updated Town Car is no more addictive than tofu or hospital Jell-O."
"...if the seats are utterly devoid of lateral support, they're at least power adjustable, leather-clad, and living room comfy."
"There is no one touch up feature for the power windows, and no driver's dead pedal. Check the competition, guys."
"Nautical expressions such as yaw, pitch, roll, and float don't come to mind as often..."
"...unlikely anyone would drive this car for fun..."
"...their [owners'] average age is 70..."

Perhaps, but no one would want to be seen in a Lincoln Town Car.

Probably because they're cheap. But yeh, if you wanted to run a limo service, the Town Car would be a smart choice. However, the Town Car is pretty ugly. Not something you'd buy for yourself.
