One of the often overlooked Porsches. For sure not as mythical as a 911, but I am sure you can have some serious fun with it, and at a Posche meeting you'll probably look cooler than the avera 996 carrera owner ;) cool!

Definately cool. I like the way it looks and sounds. You dont' see them often, even though they aren't that rare.

Cool for me - but just because there's the 914/6 version with the flat-6 engine of the 911. If there wasn't that engine, with the shitty 4-pot 2.0 and 1.8 VW engines... this car would be uncool. As for the looks - I've always liked it, with black Fuchs wheels, fat ass and lowered suspensions :love:

Dont forget the 916 with the all out 911 S engine in it with the fixed roof, now that car is subzero. But the standard 914 definately invokes a feeling to this day - kind of like a forefather to a lotus elise with its nimble handling and its low weight. Now where is that 914/8 owned by Ferdinand Piech! :twisted:

it was my second car, and was just fine, even with the 1.8 litre. i love the look of the thing, and it attracted lots of attention in highschool, especially in a parking lot full of vw bugs and old muscle cars and such. lost something very immportant to me in that car.

A Corvette might be a fun car to drive but it is uncool because of the morons who own them. Although I could get over the stigma with a new ZR1.
