Wow...great find. The film looks pretty decent from those 30 seconds. I still think Daniel Craig was a bad choice though, not that I think is a bad actor, just he doesn't seem to fit the role. And this trailer only featured the DB5, I really want to see the DBS.

Teasers never really tell you much on purpose - with that said the action looks good.
But, lets all just hope there's a good plot, characters and acting - cause 007 movies have been hit and miss in the past.

We'll all have to wait till November 16th to know for sure.

You can find a longer version of the trailer (1 minute) at http://www.planete007.com/news_b21_36.php
(in French)

The trailer does seem to give a darker feel to the movie, but I just cant stop laughing when I see the close up to Daniel Craig's face at the end of the clip... just the way he tries to look serious

I liked Goldeneye so hopefully Casino Royale will be good too.

Me too, I just can't possibly grasp how could have they chosen him? ;)

Right at the end he looks as if he wants to say "The fuck you staring at??"

... no DBS in the trailer?? :(
Daniel Craig probably stalled the engine before it managed to get on screen :?

Okay, the movie looks good. And the action looks good. And I am still looking forward to watching it.

But that's no BOND! That's too bad, I think Pierce would've continued to play this role perfectly.

Still no dbs

They DO know what is the most important about the movie and hide it for the movie-goers :(.

It doesn't look so bad really, it looks action packed. I think Pierce Brosnan will be hard to top, he had that classic bond look. Now a blonde blue eyed Bond just doesn't sound right.

But well, let's just wait and see, so many people talked crap about Pierce when he first started playing Bond in Goldeneye, and well just look how we see him now...

The stunts look good in the trailer. Hopefully it won't turn out to be another "On Her Majesty's Secret Service" with George Lazenby, which was the last time Bond drove a DBS (coincidence?).

From the look of things, Daniel Craig's Bond could turn out to be similar in style to Timothy Dalton's.

^^^ I hope it's similar in style as George Lazenby - doing only one movie :P

But I agree - it's close to Timothy Dalton's style...
Timothy Dalton's Bond career wasn't that long either but I liked "The Living Daylight". I believe deviating from the "Bond formula" can and did lead to the end of an actor's Bond career... you can almost call them the Bond taboos

Looking at Goldeneye and rest of the Brosnan flicks, I have a feeling that the script writer might have Dalton in mind and would certainly fit his character well. Given Casino Royale has the same director as Goldeneye, I'm beginning to have a little bit more faith in the movie. Perhaps it's time to watch Munich before making a judgement on Daniel Craig's acting

[SPOILER WARNING]

George Lazenby - Bond got married in O.H.M.S.S. (however, Diana Rigg is the best bond girl ever IMO)
Timothy Dalton - Bond lost his licence to kill.
Pearce Brosnan - Bond got captured and locked up for more than a few day! Not to mention the excessive use of special fx.

Forgot to mention...
Sean Connery - Bond retired for the second time (after OHMSS) in Never Say Never Again. Okay, it's not an official bond movie but whatever ;)
