So.. what I'm on about.. :D
this is the story AND I DO need much help and feedbacks from you people.. :D
with my moving to canada planed to happen within the next year.. (still no date..) I still haven't researched all the info that I need, all I have are some rough numbers and ideas..
now.. I want to study business management (might have a different name in some places..) I was thinking of enrolling into UOT (university of Toronto), from what I understand it's a good university.. (is it? where would you recommend?)
the official info I got (not from the university but from the Canadian Embassy over here..) is that the average year in Canada will cost me (including tuition and living expenses) about 10K USD.. (is that true? this is where i really need info!) i would really love to get some info about living expenses.. other then rent as that irrelevant.. and about jobs.. I have some family friends in canada that say its hard to find a job in canada as they ask for canadian experience.. anyone can spread some light on that?
I do have money aside to cover the first year (or so i think.. we'll see what you have to say..)
if you have any info I didn't ask about I would be more then happy to get it, the only reason I didn't ask about it is cause I probably forgot..
anyways HUGE HUGE thanks in advance!

I'd recommend contacting the University fo Toronto. They should have counselors and such that should be able to help you out with whatever is needed. Tuition, housing, jobs and all that.
Is there an embassy or consulate for Isreal in Canada? If there is, contacting them could help as well.

http://www.utoronto.ca/Prospective_Students.htm
http://www.yorku.ca/web/futurestudents/
http://www.ryerson.ca/undergraduate/admission/index.html

these are the 3 univ. in toronto, each are good depending on what you want to get into.
i would say it would cost you atleast 20k to live and go ot school in toronto.

I'm sure there is an Israeli embassy in Canada..
I want to study business management (may have a different name in some places..) and I'm looking for a GOOD uni..
Can you be more specific maybe Toronto? is the tuition sum right? and what do mean in those 20K (BTW USD or CAD).. anything but rent.. leave the rent out.. what other expenses?..

thanks again!

EDIT- waterloo also seems to be an option..

^^^ waterloo is more for computers and engineering
the best business school is schulich http://www.schulich.yorku.ca/ssb-extra/ssb.nsf?open
but it is hard to get into.

i have been told that ryerson is good also.

the 20k would be canadian and it would be around 10kk for just school i am guessing tuition is more for international students

yeah I know waterloo is more for computers and engineering, but they do have (so i saw on their site) a Business Administration\Management program.. and from what I got its a great university.. (is it?)
yeah from what I saw on the sites so far the tuition is higher for international students.. but not by that much..
my prob is that I dont have right now 60K-80K in my hand.. so I need info about working in canada.. (i know i would be limited to so and so hours and what not.. but could i even get a job?) I have the 1st year covered, but I dont think I could get like most student a loan or something.. so my only option is pretty much to make the money as I go..

BTW- I will check about schulich, thanks! couldnt find too much info in thier site so far but i'll keep looking..

thanks again for any bit of info!
