There are pedophiles and deviants everywhere, even in areas of national security. Even though he was a press secretary and probably did not have access to major security issues, what would have been the outcome if someone or some organization found out about this and used this to blackmail him? Back in the '80s a group of US Embassy Marines protecting that embassy in Moscow were jailed because they were sleeping with some Russian women that were KGB agents and gaining security sensitive info from them and then Clinton , at the time the Chief Executive Officer of the United States and no doubt had access to even more sensitive secrets, gets away scott-free with his affair with Monica Lewinski.
