For those of you who want to have a clear impression of the 155 V6 TI induction growl, watch this hillclimb video. Those individual throttle bodies produce a charactaristic metallic snarl which sounds very different from the much more muffled exhaust sound. 8)

And this is what the Mercedes Benz 190 Evo II sounds like, which was Alfa's main competitor as you can see in the DTM vids.
Again you can clearly hear the difference between the induction roar and exhaust sound. :)
