G'day fellas,
Just had to post this up, I spotted a 275 Nart Spyder on the way home from work today, It was absoultley amazing, and to see one on Brisbane roads was insane to say the least. I could not believe my eyes. And even worse, he pulled over on the side of the road. In a great section of town, i could of taken some amazing photos where it was parked

But sadley i didnt have my camera with me. Im a little afraid to keep it in my bag, as its a D70 and all, and i go to uni straight to work most days, so that is a lot of money to carry in my school bag. But from now on, Its staying in my bag :P

I hope to come across this car again, according to Dingo its one of 14 in the world in RHD.

The noise it made, oh my god

Anyway, i just had to share that...There will be pics from now on :D

cheers
shane

The 14 I referred too was 275 GTS's, not the NART Spyders.

There were only 10 NART's made and definately none are in Australia, I think all but one are in the USA (other in Spain). ;)

Great sighting in any case, though without pics it will probably be moved to another section. :)

Sympathy man!!

Yeah, I remember the day I was working from home and after a couple hours of work, I took a tea break and I was relaxing by the window looking out.

Just then I saw a pale blue 250 GTO (real or fake I have no idea) come out of the Duke Energy parking garage adjacent to my apartment and then merge into the road and disappear from sight. It was too little time to go get my camera (besides with its slowpoke start-up it wouldnt have been much use anyway).

I never ever saw the GTO again. Sometimes I wonder if my eyes were playing tricks but I could swear that it was a Series 1 GTO with its strakes and aggressively sculpted rear.

1) Keep the thread titles simple and straight forward and at least include the date if taken on a previous occasion.

2) Make sure the pictures work between image tags (use the preview option)....I DO NOT WANT TO SPEND AN HOUR TRYING TO GET A RED X TO DISPLAY

3) No BULLSHITTING either they are your photos ar say goodbye.

4) Feel free to PM your suggestions to me.

Update by TT

5) If you don't have pics, don't post here

6) If you can't understand the rules, don't open a topic

7) Do not post pictures wider than 800 pixels, especially if you have many of them! We like high-res of course, and there is a very easy way to post high-res withouth posting them all directly in the topic.. and that's

See point 5 :P

Sadly I have to lock it, but beware, it could have been one of the few replica/conversions/whatever ;)

Anyway, nice to know that such event will force you to always carry your camera like every good car hunter from now on :D
