Capturing video-game action

I'd like to make a gif of some MOH action but I don't know how to:

1.) capture action

2.)make a gif

:lol:

Anyone know how to do it?

Capture the acton with Fraps, then convert the captured movie into gif sequence useing Premiere as an example... then make the animated gif from the sequence with CS.

This is what I did the last time I made a game animtaed gif if I remember correctly.
