Last saturday I went to the danish carshow called "Cars in Bella".
The visitors were able to buy a ticket to get a ride in one of the supercars.
I got a ride in a yellow Ferrari F430 - and I must say, it was the coolest thing I have ever tried! :D
You are able to view all the pictures I took by clicking on one of the pictures:

You could have a ride in the SLR, the Carrera GT, the F430, a Maserati and in a few smaller cars.

  Really good !!! I would love to get into an event like this....

The grey F430 spider is really sexy, and usually I think grey cars are boring! The grey Cayman S doesn't look bad either...

The Ford GT looks way better with those awesome wheels

 Why did you get a ride in the F430 ?? Did you choose that car, or was the only one available ???

I got a ride in the Ferrari because it is one of my favorite cars - and I just had to try it! :D As I said before I could also have had a ride in the SLR or the Carrera GT, but they didn't drive them as hard as the Ferrari!

I understand !! The CGT or the SLR might be faster but the F430 is so loud!!! :o I would choose the F430, too 8)

  Grey is the best color for the F430, I always have to buy a new keyboard when I'm looking at pics of it on the net....I drewl all over it and it all ends with some flashy fireworks.

 lol!

Nice little event! I am sure I would have paid for the CGT since it would be easier to skeak in an F430 at other events ;) but still, an F is always an F!!!

Why "cars in bella"?? Is it some pathetic try to use italian language?

Well the place is called the "The Bella Center" - Here they have lots of different shows and exhibitions. I guess they called the show "Cars in Bella" to let everyone know where it was! :D

The price for one ticket was about $160 - and everything the event earned would go to charity. I got a ride in a Ferrari while helping other people! Great.

That's not cheap!! A member from Australia, I think, get into an event like this and the ticket was much cheaper, but since this is a lifetime experience I wouldn't even think twice. Bring me a Ferrari !!!!

Uhm.. it seems kinda difficult to raise 1.6 milions just with 160 $ rides.. even if SLR and CGT costed probably more, let's say an average of 200 $ / ride, that makes 8100 rides needed to raise 1.6 milions. ALl in all, strapping ppl in, doing the laps and getting out should take something between 5 and 10 minutes I'd say... let's say 5 minutes. There were what, 5 cars lapping? (CGT, GT3, SLR, GT, 430). if my maths are ok the 5 cars would have required to run with no break for 135 hours each.. admittely all this is a rough estimate, but noway they could raise such money just with those rides.. I suppose the even lasted one, max two days...

Nice event, and nice pics. From the pics it looks not only the F430 was driven hard, but also the SLR (look at the body roll) :D

My brother just told me that the huge amount was what the entire show earned for charity! Not just the racing part!
