having some harddrive problems...is there a way where u can just move the contents (duplicate) to another harddrive without reinstalling everything...I tried smashing it but I think that made it worse...any suggestions?

I use PartImage for Linux, it's free and included with Knoppix. If you're experienced with Linux, give it a try.

the hd is just making this piercing noise and its driving me insane...everything works fine except for the noise....

I used Acronis True Image to transfer ... its all good now
