This is actually a very common thing that people try to sell on ebay. It's all a big sham. Once you get the actual list and go to one of those places, it does in fact offer you the product at a wholesale price. However, in order to get that offer you have to participate in other offers and subscriptions. It's very similatr to that crap email that you always get that says "Get a free Xbox 360", or Ipod, or whatever.

"Free offer conditional upon participation with our sponsor offers" It's all a big bullshit scam that ends up costing you way more than "wholesale"
