Well I can eat buggs and not throw up, but all these multivitamines just make me want to puke, and I dont even take them on an empty stomach.

Am I just not fit for taking them or are there pills that wont make me puke?

Eat some fruit instead. Better on so many levels.

never on empty stomac! you cannot swallow them or have reactions afterwards? if reactions try different vitamins.
I had problems before with actual swallowing(PILLS) when was going to the guym(looooong time ago  ) but figured out later it was cause it remined me taking and choking with pills when I was sick when I was young(flue and same crap) just eat something then take few pills at a time and drink it with lots of water

Just don't take them. They're not really necessary.

Yes they are needed, you cannot add enough vitamins to the body just by food, when you do sports its needed even more

vitamin syrup? I'd imagine that would make you vomit even more than a pill ever would..

So I'm assuming you take the pill.. and shortly afterwards you throw it up? very odd. Maybe its just psychological.. try getting someone to hide the pill in your food or something.. and try different brands

By yourself vitamins with original flavor from Nutrilite (some of the are chewing ones for children like bobons so you just take 4 instead of 1 pill), best vitamins I ever had :)

Bugs contain protein but little in the way of minerals or vitamins, Alex

What about those isotonic sport drinks? Replenish minerals and fluids but not sure about vitamin (maybe packed with vit C if orange flavour)

Or, maybe you can get some dissolvable vitamin pills and, well, dissolve them.

Maybe that's what Saad meant (syrup)

Just eat some fruit/vegetables, drink juice etc. If you're involved in serious sport, then yes, it would be understandable, but it's not necessary in the sense that not taking them will not be detrimental to your health.

As long as you don't OD yourself with vitamins. Generally, it's okay if you take larger than usual quantity of water soluable vitamins such as vitamin C (you may get kidney stone but that's another story) but there're serious consequences if you take too much fat soluable vitamins.
