Missing downloads? (Vault)

Have I been a bad boy, or am I just missing something? The download buttons are no longer visible in the video vault? I was able to download these just a few days ago.

What gives? I'm not quite up to date on the limitations on downloads anymore, and apologize if this is a trivial matter.
