Ive heard a lot about sequential gearboxes. What are they? do you set them up to shift at certain points? or are they some sort of special manual? I dont understand.

Normally its like you don't have a clutch but you shift . Thats pretty cool and not as crappy as the paddle shifting

In the sequential you have the clutch, and you need to use it for starting and downshifting, so you cna do heel-and-toe yourself and enjoy the pleasure of a perfect downshifting. In the upchanges you can change at full throttle without clutch, rising a little the throttle, or if you have a little, easy system that cuts the ignition while changing gears, you change with full throttle.
DTM cars, and rally cars are fitted with this kind of gearbox, faster and cheaper than the paddle shifter. it seems strange, but it's even cheaper

That car looks absolutely brutal! I don't think i could even start that car with getting in to trouble so much power!!!.
