I just threw-up a little
Dang, I hope those rims are just for winter tires because honestly they suck IMO :D

Well they are the stock Boxster wheels with winter tires. Some people can't afford all the bling...and for being a Chaplain i think he has done rather well.

Haha no, but church part is right. He is a Father, Pastor, Priest, Minister...something along those lines.

Like the colour, not so sure about the wheels but, hey, a problem easily solved if they're not for you...
Nice choice of car :good:

Why has he got a US-spec Boxster in Germany?
There must be a way to have cheap Porsches from the US in Germany because I often see US ones with German plates around here

What's the difference between a US spec and European spec Boxsters?
Visible things are the orange reflectors and the 'bumps' on the rear bumper on the US spec version ;)

Wutputt is correct as far as differences. Also ride height is different with US spec cars 10 to 20 mm higher than ROW spec cars.
It's a US spec Boxster because we are US citizens working here and this allows us to bring the cars back with us to the US when the time comes. It is available to order any German auto here in US spec for us at US prices and not EURO.
Yes, i tried to get him to order the Box S wheels but he didn't care as this is his one and only car here and being a daily driver it didn't bother him.
By the way he is Christian, so not sure what a Scientologist would have to do with it?? But let's keep it about the car and not the person
Should be going to the Porsche dealership Monday so hopefully I can get some more P-car pics for you guys! Ones with better wheels of course

Hahah, messed up !
I actually like the design of the wheels. They just need to be an inch or so larger diameter.
Thanks for the pics!

Tiny wheels, bad color, the hard top....
I was going go all out about the hair-dresser car being all poofat and such - but y'all came down so hard on the car I feel too sorry to add my own comment ;)
