My son have 6 years old, he do'nt live more with the mother here because she now will study in one college and work too, no time for my son.
Me, works at the day and study at night no times too.
Because it, I'm think he lives with the greantmother its the best choice.
In 2 years I'm finished my college and he will comeback to me. :|

well at least it's not a permanent thing. 2 years will go by pretty quick, and when you graduate it will be an even better day since he's coming back.

Sad news, I'm not a parent so I might not appreciate how much this hurts - hope you get through it and visit him as often as possible. :D

Sorry to read about your boy having to live with his grandmother, but fortunately he will be with family and not some random sitter.

Sorry to hear this batman! It is painful separation but I am sure you will try to visit him somewhat frequently. I am sure it will work out in the end. Keep your spirits up.

Hate the divorce shit... :(

one thing is true after those 2 years you'll know how much you appreciate your boy...

try no to loose the father figure, that may be confusing for him and painfull for you

I am sorry to read this Andre :(

Is this a temporary thing or it won't change now? Will you move there too one day?
Anyway, I grew up with my grandparents and it wasn't that bad :bah: ;) mom was 400 km away for some years (then ok, she came back) and dad some 50...

I just hope you'll be able to see him as often as possible
