A year and 25,500 miles older with the check engine light on and still rockin' ECT Powaaaaaaaa.
Still wondering how many years this car can take my beatings.. so far so good.
(Driven by Professional on a closed course, do not try this at home)

Is that ECT Power? (Automatic?)

haha..yup, ECT Power with an almost empty gas tank, thats what it takes to make a '97 RAV4 go 100mph.
I was actually going uphill at the moment.. I think I remember topping out the car a while back at like 109mph or something. At speeds like this my car sounds like its crying and screaming at the same time.

LOL! good stuff!
I know the feeling... At (an indicated) 115mph my Golf's wheels vibrate so much they feel like theyre gonna fly off

Nice way to celebrate your car's 120,000th mille :P
... as healthy as the first day
And  at the fuel tank - when I was 20, mine was like yours almost every single day... with re-fueling of 10€ every now and then! :D
I tend to drain my tank till the last drop.. I actually only put $20 worth in before I was heading back home and just had enough to make it back to Boston from Albany. (about 160miles)
Embarassed for some reason I thought you were driving an e30... Embarassed
yeah I wish!!!

Anyone know of that is the stock intercooler for the SLK55? I didn't notice it until I was editing the pics, and it seems it would be too small for an aftermarket upgrade..
