I though you guys got a channel called Speed which only showed Motorsport related stuff.. Well I think anything compared to Topgear is bad.. 5th gear which if you did not know about Topgear would be super great..

Some of these shows which are bad are not made by Car enthusiest it's just made by some people that want to make money.. So the result is very bad review..

we do have speed channel.... however, they havent yet renamed it to the more appropriately titled "nascar channel" :roll: they actually used to be a lot better... but now their prime time is filled with 'Pinks" and there are too many biker-build programs... they have 5th gear, but the bums put it when few can watch it at 7am :(

on occasion, they suprise me... well, Test drive is awsome... but is more of a advertisement then it is a review. C+D tv sucks 99% of the time... sometimes they show classic race documentaries taht are great... a while back, they had Mario Andretti narrating his own story of being a sportscar driver for Ferrari in the classic races... that was amazing.

anyway... they also are the only ones running WRC, F1, Endurance, DTM, V8 supercars..... so they do have some good assets IMO... but nascar 18 hours a day isnt so nice :?

mrmojo: yeah, it's not very exciting... I just watched an episode and the driver is kinda boring. Sure he gives a lot of info about the car, but...

I should probably call the people and ask them if they want to test drive my SLK 55 AMG when I come over to Finland this summer with my GF (a little road trip to my parents place ;) ).

Kinda funny to hear and see a Finnish show, I don't really get any Finnish stuff in Switzerland :)

No, he is quite popular here. Now he is even more popular, because he has been talking about Finland a lot, too much maybe. Finns love it when our small country gets attention abroad. I think Conan will soon stop talking about Finland, our presidental election is day after tomorrow and if Tarja Halonen (looks like Conan) doesn't get reelected there's nothing to talk about in our country :lol: Then our president will be the current vice president of the European investment bank Sauli Niinistö and he looks like Gollum. Gollum doesn't have a night show. :D

Conan's commericials are hilarious, do they actually air in Finland?

when he came to Toronto, his shows were hilarious, although the guest were shit...hopefully Finland has some funny celebs
