After his talk he offers question time.

One little boy puts up his hand and George asks him what his name is?

Just then the bell rings for recess. George Bush informs the kiddies that

When they resume George says, "OK, where were we?

I think its prolly a jk changed from someone previously.. Why do I say that? Well for one it was Gore that had more popular votes then Bush.. Bush beat Kerry in the popular vote by something like 6 million votes.
