The Schuppan 962CR is based on the Porsche 962, like the Koenig C62 and Dauer 962.

The Schuppan 962 CR gets it name from legendary Porsche drive -- the Le Mans winning Vern Schuppan. His career also embraced drives in F1, F5000, Indycar and CanAm, and included a trail of successes and championships.

the car is nearly as amazing as the Dauer version... the 956/962 were simply amazing cars... and as a hypercar, its hevenly!

Looks like a 962 inspired in the 959 :? Personally I prefer the Dauer if you ask me... this one is probably more exclusive but - it's not as close to the original racer as the Dauer is :?

if i remember, they are both 962 chassis with costom body work, and detuned suspension...

i do agree, the Dauer is the nicer option... but just because Jochen said that he could build 50 doesnt mean he built more then the 1 needed for homologation.
