I work for Porsche in London, I'm not a salesman, although I wouldn't mind a company 987. And free fuel. When new cars come out we, as employees, get taken to tracks to give them a go. Not just the boss (he went to Ibiza for the worldwide launch) but even the receptionists. Everyone up until the cleaner gets to go (he probably would be too but he works for a contractor).

Cayman Launch in the UK. PCGB hire the Bedford autodrome, which is the best place in the world. So my paid day at work begins,

get up at 6, dress,
get to car park at 6.15 (washed night before)
into 955S with 20s, Panoramic, BOSE, 81grand
drive to Bedford. 140mph, fabulous
get fed fry up, and then croissants, meet instructor to whom i explain that I love driving but that I'm not a 'know it all' so anything he can teach me would be great. Turns out he won the carrera cup last year.
drive various 997s to feel difference between 2 and 4 wheel drive, encouraged by instructor to 'try and spin' the red c2s with aerokit and 382viscous power upgrade.
Succede.
Next lectures about how the viscour diff works, bowls of water and oil are stirred, the one with oil turns the bowl.
colleague wins raffle, his prize is 2 hot laps (as a passenger) of the mian circuit. The driver spins it twice while attempting howling powerslides. Second time he showboats one of those spins that spin you through 180 degrees from a standstill.
Cayenne sideways on a rally cross course (with insturctor) bang my head on the a pillar. Then emergency PSM demonstration (me driving for rest of...) brake and avoid.
Marketing lecture about how Cayenne fits into Porsche line up, sense they're a bit paranoid about it too, but it does, and if you've ever been in a Turbo Power upgrade 500BHP. It is a vehicle that defies the laws of physics, the speed that can be carried onto and through corners is unbelievable. We recently drove a 450BHP cayenne off the lights vs a 996 3.6 C2. The cayenne began to draw ahead after about 40mph and then stormed on. I's rather have a c2 but it is an incredible piece of machinery.
Next Cayman S, Boxster and Boxster S.
Cayman is instantly the best car I have ever driven, 911 in more cool, but the cayman is fabulous. The boxster has always felt like super tight car. I'd cream myself even over a manual 2.7. So much fun to be had. but the cayman made it seem slack. I was faster in the Cayman than anything else.
Week after\
need to deliver cayenne roof rack and 4 bike carriers to customer,
cayenne demos both out.
Try cayman, with cardboard packaging removed it fits.

I could go on, but I'm not much of a typist.

I'm a lucky motherfucker.
