In coffe 2 teaspoons and in tea 3 tea spoons.
Tea must be a bit sweeter for me. And in winters I but 1 full tea spoon on home-grown honey in tea.

Occasionally 1 in coffee, 0 in tea.. Sugar is simply masking the flavour. Try drinking them without sugar and soon you'll grow to love the drinks for what they are - by themselves! It's much better this way :fadein:

0, sugar in coffee or tea just mask the real taste. May as well drink a coke if you want caffeine and sugar at the same time.

On the Coffee, usually 70% of a bag of suggar.

On Milk, I don't put any coffee or chocolate.

On tea... I rarely put any sugar, only when it tastes very bad!

Top tip: Always make hot chocolate into a paste with a little milk before you add the hot water.

None is coffee, 1 tea spoon for tea.

Tea is a 250ml GLASS cup, filled about 3/4th, tea out of tea bag...

My tea has to be perfect.
