Download Programs -how to get a movie from a website?

Hello!
I'd like to ask what a download -programs do you use to get a video from a website?is there a way to download a vid when it's streaming and normally isn't available to download?what download tips do you know?which is the faster?Get-Right, download accelerator, sth else?

WM Recorder can capture the ones that plays with window media player :) the last version is 9.0

you can use download accelerator and in the settings, have it dload files of extension AVI RM QT etc, some are 100% streaming in other words, they are small files that call the sreaming functions, those RM (what TT said) is the program you need. Hope this helps and welcome to JW

yeh sometimes, DAP gives me the optiion weather i want to download the streaming video.
