PS2 Repair

So i took apart my ps2 and accidentally pulled out the ribbon that connects the power and the eject buttons to the main board does anyone know where this ribbon is supposed to be plugged in to. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

take a picture of the pieces in question and maybe we can help. We aren't about to tear our PS2s apart and risk the same prob :|

well to avoid what happened to me just take the top of ps2 off and there is a ribbon that connects the power/eject button to the rest of the system that is not supposed to be taken out which i did and now im stuck. i will take pictures tomorrow thanks anyways. all i want to do is play gran turismo but i cant

Any help? sure there is enough info/pics through google to work it out anyway. They are troublesome little sods, alot of my mates have problems with theirs :bah: mine gave up alltogether.
