That is actually very impressive! How the hell can you start a slide that early and be so accurate! Its beyond me....

Impressive skills  :D Reminds me of Gigi Galli - in one vid he does exactly the same, but with a Lancer Evo VII gr.N on dry tarmac!!

I know that video you are talking about and I thought of the same thing watching this video..

Definitely goes to show just how sweet it is to be a rally driver :)

I saw almost the same thing in finnish rally but not as long, I was amazed by how far they actually started to slide. It's amazing!

It's very nice, but after seeing the Gigi Galli video, this one looks like a cheap imitation.

Gigi does the same, but in TARMAC, and with cars parked on both sides of the road, and the road being narrower!! :D

Very nice, but difficult to say if it was intentional to start the slide that early or not.

Not intentional ... He admitted it later in an interview or in a soundbite fpr TV news (cant remember). But ypu can only do that unintentionally and not crash if you are a great driver ...

Anyway there was no advantage is starting that slide so early he was just loosing speed at that point.
