LOL i'm 99% sure its a fake/ from a movie, no way they they should be allowed to do that sort of thing, if it looks to much like hollywood it probably is ;-) Yes they are trying to stop someone before they kill someone with their driving, but I highly doubt they would take so many risks to apprehend him.

if that was ral it didnt take place in america. the driver is on the right side of the car.

I'm guessing South-Africa..... and the police over there is known to do crazy shit. :)
