Freaking stuff was $2.14 on the way into work... so I go fill up at lunchtime - I mean it's 4c down from a day or 2 ago.

Well, bugger me with a splintered fence post, if on the drive home the price hasn't dropped another 3c a gallon to $2.11... ;)

Can't win for losing... hehehe

Blah, as my dad says "I just love watching those old American movies where some bloke is driving a big yank tank through some Arizona desert when gas was free and life was cheap aswel"

Good ol times

I expect the price to be about 15c lower by the heavy-driving Thanksgiving weekend.

That way they will have everyone drivign and filing up- no need to stay home and not visit family ;)

It's all a conspiracy to deplete the polar ice caps by drivin to visit grandma, I tell you ;)

here we're between 2.15 and 2.25 depending on where you go. And so much for diesel being cheaper. It's still 3.09  (so a big HAHA to all you morons driving Duramax's, Powerstrokes, Cummins, VW and Mercedes TDI :P )

I'm thinking by xmas we should be back under 2 bucks :D

I dont remember the last time I actually looked and paid attention to how much gas was. I just show up, put in my card, click supreme, fill up, click no reciept, drive away. I repeat this step pretty much everyday, sometimes twice a day.

Well in the Bay Area (SF) California, we are still around 2.70 for Super, 91 Octane.

Don't be happy so fast, because just today, news came out that Petroleum reserves/inventory were down. So I would not be surprise if gas creep up a bit.

Also remember, at least in California, we started using the Winter blend so that helped a bit in terms of prices.

If I could actually get fuel for the WRX I'd be happy - whatever the price.

We have had problems at the local refinery and that means not 98 Octane fuel for awhile - WRX will have to drink 95 until its back. :?

still $1.47 per Litre here and thats the cheapest (Asda) who reduced its prices 2 days ago, after i filled the mini up of course such is murphys law, but since it was only £20 anyway so that wasn't to much of a hardship :P

Gas is about to have another short term jump as the media pushes some scary idea that imports will be down.. Then people will get over it and the drop will reoccur. Currently demand is down, and we have excess supply due to an attempt to catch up with heating oil and diesel.

Consider this prediction 2, now that prediction 1 is basically correct already.. 6 months early.

I doubt gas prices will drop even more for thanks giving.. gas companies know better to lower prices during a holiday where most people are known to take road trips.. It will probably raise a couple cents next week. These people are going to drive back home for Thanksgiving regarding what the gas prices are. supply and demand.

We are at around 80 c/Litre in Toronto - Which is good compared to $1.20/ Litre only a few months ago.

Will we ever see below $1.70 USD a gallon ever again? Maybe if we start drilling on U.S. land again. That's what I think.
